Who I've built for

  • Nonprofits and community organizations
  • Small businesses: salons, detailing, event venues, restaurants
  • Individuals and personal portfolios

How they're built

  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Custom-built, reviewed and approved before launch.
  • Responsive on every device by default
  • Hosted free on Cloudflare Pages
  • No backend, no database, no CMS

How the sites perform

Every client site is tracked with Microsoft Clarity, separate project per site. Aggregate traffic, contact actions, and behavior data are shown in the analytics section below. If you want to see how a specific project came together, the case studies are the best place to look.

Methodology

What I track on every site

Each client site gets its own Microsoft Clarity project. I track behavior, not identity, I can see what users do, not who they are. All stats shown are aggregate totals only. No individual client data is shared publicly.

  • Sessions
  • Page views
  • Mobile traffic
  • Contact clicks
  • Form submissions
  • Phone clicks
  • Email clicks
  • Scroll depth
  • Rage clicks
  • Dead clicks
  • Referral source
  • Device type
Public stats are shown in aggregate. Individual client analytics are only shared with that client's permission.

Project timeline

Jul 2024

First website: MeroNepal

Built the first Webspansion site while still in high school. No audience. Just a bet that real projects beat fake ones.

2024–25

First 10 websites

Built sites for nonprofits, small businesses, and community orgs across the US and Nepal. Word of mouth started working.

Fall 2025

Started at UT Austin

Moved the project into college. Kept building. Started using AI tools to work faster without cutting quality.

Now

19 websites built. 81 to go.

Accepting applications. Reviewing monthly. Every project is still reviewed, tested, and shipped by one person.

Applications are open.

It costs nothing to ask. I review projects individually and follow up within a few days.
